You may, from time to time, see news articles or press releases here, but that is not the primary mission of Abolish the Death Penalty. Our mission is to put a human face on the debate over capital punishment.

One year ago today...
We don't want to detract from the New Jersey news at such an historic moment. But we would be truly remiss if we did not note that one year ago today, Florida executioners engaged in a horribly botched execution. Read about it here.
