Human Rights Day (Dec. 10) in New Jersey

Here's a short video of the NJ Senate Tally Board as the Senate voted. The votes needed were 21 out of 40. You'll note the hesitation as we get to 20, waiting for 21. The collective sigh of relief in the gallery was enough to fly a kite! There were two abstentions and one Senator (who we believe was a yes vote) was too ill to attend. Onward to the Assembly on Thursday.
