Tuesday snark

Yesterday we blogged on the case of Jarvis Jay Masters, a death row inmate in California who may be innocent. We didn't say Masters was innocent, mind you. In fact, the smart reader could conclude this on their very own by the blog entry's headline:

Jarvis Jay Masters: Innocent on death row?

Now comes some blog named Seeking Justice, which has posted a thinly disguised attack on those of us who think, at the very least, that Masters' case is worth looking into.

Funny thing is, his blog begins with the words, 'The duty of the prosecutor is to seek justice, not merely to convict.' --American Bar Association"

Indeed.

Another funny thing -- so far, the comments posted in response to his post are not supportive of him.
